What are aftermarket or alternative parts?

They are new replacement parts that are manufactured by someone other than the vehicle manufacture referred to as OE or OEM such as bumper cover, hood, fenders, lights. Equivalent comparisons would be parts form NAPA, Car Quest.

 

Do I need more than one estimate?

No, you are only required to get one estimate unless your policy states otherwise. The most insurance company will accept the estimate from Cope Collision Center and then they will review the estimate. If you have an estimate from your insurance company, just provide it to Cope Collision Center and our team will make sure that everything is taken care of.

 

Do I have the right to choose the repair shop?

Yes, It is your vehicle and you have to authorize repairs.

 

Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes, that is the contract that you have with your insurance company.

 

How do I get a rental vehicle?

Your insurance company will have to be notified and then they will set up the rental for you. Or the staff at Cope Collision Center will assist you.

 

How long will repairs take?

After your vehicle has been estimated the estimator will be able to tell you how many days that Cope Collision Center will need your vehicle based on the damage on the repair estimate. The day to repair could change after the vehicle is torn down.

 

Is there a warranty on the repairs done at Cope Collision Center?

Yes, you will be given a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs that are done at Cope Collision Center when you pick up your vehicle.
